An Evening with Brown Brothers | Friday 26 March 2010

We are delighted to be hosting this special evening in conjunction with one Australia’s leading wine houses and hope that you will be able to join us.

With dinner you will taste the full spectrum of styles that Australia can offer, starting with a stylish dry traditionally made sparkler, moving on to soft and fruity dry whites, finishing with a deliciously sweet pudding wine. The reds will feature classic full throttle Cabernet and a brooding dense Shiraz. (For a full list of the wines please contact Tony Finn)

Our special guest representing Brown Brothers will be Stuart Birtles, who will present the wines between courses and explain the successful philosophy behind this family owned company.

For our part we will create an interesting menu to compliment the wines and show them at their best.

The cost per person is £30.50 to include all wines, three course dinner and coffee. We shall meet at 7.30 for dinner at 8pm.

For those who wish to make a night of it we have a limited number of standard rooms available for just £75.00 or superior rooms at £90.00 both rates are based on double occupancy with full Yorkshire breakfast.
