The Worsley Arms Hotel: Functions

Whether you are planning for a wedding, christening or special celebration, The Worsley Arms is the perfect venue and our friendly team will be happy to help you through the planning stages and be on hand to ensure the smooth running of the event on the day.

Some events we host are large and use most of the hotel facilities including the marquee in the garden. Others are small intimate occasions involving less than a dozen guests.

In terms of capacities, the Worsley Arms can provide the following rooms and facilities in which to accommodate your special event:

The Morning Room

Ideal for small meetings or private dining for up to 16 guests. The Morning Room is licensed for civil ceremonies.

The Kent Room

Located on the first floor, The Kent Room caters for meetings and private lunches or dinner parties for up to 40 guests. For civil wedding ceremonies 60 guests can be accommodated comfortably.

The Restaurant

The Restaurant can be booked for private parties and wedding receptions for up to 65 guest seated formally or for up to 90 guests for an informal get together, for larger parties the Restaurant can be used in conjunction with the lounges to help create a less formal atmosphere.

The Marquee

The marquee is available through the summer months for wedding receptions and private functions. On fine days the side can be opened to provide guests views across the garden. Up to 150 seated guests can be accommodated.
