The Worsley Arms Hotel is hosting Valentine’s evenings from Saturday 11th February to Tuesday 14th February inclusive.

A gateaux of smoked salmon, queen scallops and avocado served with coriander & lime crème fraîche

Port and Armagnac chicken liver parfait with apple and date chutney, toasted brioche and herb oil

Charantais melon with strawberries marinated in Citrus fruits with Glayva and Prosecco frappe

Supreme of chicken with dauphinois potatoes, wild mushroom broth and char grilled asparagus

Char-grilled pork loin, parsnip puree, lovage mash, black pudding with honey and parsnip crème
