The relaxed atmosphere and idyllic location make the Worsley Arms the ideal venue for important business meetings, conferences or brain storming sessions. We offer a professional service to ensure that you make the correct impression to your delegates, or business colleagues. Our flexible approach means that nothing is too much trouble to ensure that your day is a success.
The Morning Room
A very pleasant room located on the ground floor with views over the garden. The morning room is available either in an informal lounge arrangement or boardroom style, ideal for up to eight delegates. The morning room is a convenient break out room for the Kent Room.
The Kent Room
The Kent Room is situated on the first floor and can used in a variety of formats.
For Boardroom layout 26, theatre set up 50, cabaret 36 and for informal standing 60.
The Kent room has a full size projection screen and all the necessary audio visual equipment is available to hire. Please ask for details.
The Marquee and Gardens
The hotel has a large walled garden which is ideal for outdoor team building events. Through the summer months we have a marquee erected in the garden which can be used for larger events or exhibitions.
Meal Times and Menus
Meal times can be arranged to suit your plans. Bacon butties or warm Danish pastries make a popular start to the day! Coffee breaks can be taken in front of the fire in the lounge or when the weather allows on the patio.
Lunch may be taken formally in the restaurant or informally in the bar. If time is of the essence a quick working buffet can be served in the meeting room.
Flip charts and pens are provided in all meeting rooms with our compliments. Any additional equipment that you may require can be provided on a day hire basis.
If your plans involve an overnight stay for your delegates we would be happy to arrange entertainment on your behalf. Previous successes have included wine tastings, murder mysteries, casinos and quizzes. Please let us know if we can be of assistance.
